![]() ![]() I submitted my passport application at the end of January. WORST EXPERIENCE I have called in every week to get an update on my passport. I am completely exhausted from this process and spent thousands on this vacation for my kids who are so devastated and I will spend the rest of my vacation filing a complaint with DA if the passport is not here in 24 hours as promised. ![]() They hide behind these service reps who know little and place you on a long hold. DO NOT give them your money.Every phone number goes to the same customer service line, there is no direct line to the courier and there is never a supervisor available to assist. They had the audacity to tell me that they guarantee nothing and blamed the dept of state for the delay and they had no control of the process even though it surpassed the number of business days promised. SPENT HOURS on phone to get an expedited appt with the department of state which is fully shmy passport probably process a portion of their orders timely and fudge the reviews.STAY AWAY full of fraudulent promises and false portrayals and the bogus fedex partnership that is completely meaningless. My vacation is RUINED if I do not get this in 2 days. They give no e mails on status as they state in the video. Kept referring to their notes which was ridiculous instead of verifying with the courier. ![]() Everyone I spoke to was full of apologies and lies. Dept of state told me they are a scam.The customer service line is horrific, lying to me, telling me they would escalate to their leadership and failing to do so. Untrustworthy, promised delivery last week no passport, no definitive info and my family vacation a total bust. DO NOT CHOOSE>one star because I could not otherwise write this. ![]()
